FlyJane.net™ is happy to serve our international
customers by offering a flat rate for shipping and handling to most
destinations around the world. International shipping charges are based
on several factors including total price of items, the weight of the
package, and its destination. Risk of loss and title for merchandise
shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the
carrier.
We will pick, pack, and ship your order within 48 hours from the time the order is placed. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, (excluding all national and federal holidays). All orders placed by 2pm EST for Expedited or Overnight Delivery will ship the same business day pending credit card authorization. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend, will be in queue to be processed and shipped the following Monday, excluding all national and federal holidays. If the item you order is out of stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order. If you order more than one item and we do not have all of the items available in stock, we will send them separately at no extra cost to you. Please note: Some packages may require a signature for release. The delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery.
When you place an order with FlyJane.net™, you will receive an automated confirmation of your order upon completion of checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track your shipment online.
As a service to our men and women in the armed
forces, FlyJane will ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to
Domestic P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses can only be sent using USPS
Priority Mail® and may take longer than the standard transit times
quoted. Sorry, there is no delivery confirmation or tracking to APO/FPO
addresses. We do not ship to international P.O. Box addresses.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any of the U.S.
territories may take up to 7 business days to arrive.
We ship to U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Federated States
of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau,
Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Orders shipped to these
locations must be shipped USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2-Day, or Overnight
Delivery and may take longer than the standard transit times for
arrival.
Please note that your order may be subject to
country specific tariffs, import duties, and/or taxes levied once a
shipment reaches your country. FlyJane.net ships your package DDU,
“duties and taxes unpaid” and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may
be. If you do incur additional charges, they must be rendered in order
for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your
country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how
information about your order is used and shared. Please be aware that
cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs
authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product
information, such as description, to our international carriers, and
this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs
authorities to facilitate customs clearance and compliance with local
laws.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of
the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities
require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
We encourage customers to carefully review their
address information during checkout and in all confirmation emails to
ensure the proper delivery of all packages. If you decide to refuse any
shipments from FlyJane.net™ , you are responsible for the original
shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that
are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments),
and the cost of returning the package back to our warehouse. This amount
will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
