FlyJane takes pride in making sure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. We offer a reasonable, no hassle policy on all returns and exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original condition, unused and unworn (including all original packaging and tags) within 14 days for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs.
Returns of all UNWORN items are accepted up to 14 days from
receipt - excluding any final sale clearance items.
Customers may choose to exchange or receive a credit refund or
merchandise credit for all valid returns.
After 14 days, all purchases are considered final sale and are
not eligible for return.
The Request for Return Form must be completed for ALL items you
wish to return.
Please try your shoes on a carpeted surface before wearing them
in the event you wish to return them. We only sell new shoes and
shoes that show signs of wear may not be returned for any reason.
Fly Jane will inspect all returned items for wear and tear prior
to issuing a refund, credit, or exchange. If your returned item does
not pass inspection, it will be deemed ineligible and will be
returned back to you. A $5.95 charge will be assessed for reshipping
your item.
Shoe returns must be in their original shoe box and carefully
packed in a secured shipping box. Note that a $5 restocking fee will
be charged for shoes where the original shoe box is damaged,
defaced, or missing.
FlyJane warranties against manufacturer’s defects on all unworn
shoes.
Sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are
final on clearance items.
Merchandise credits are valid for 1 year from the issue date.
Items purchased with a merchandise credit, FlyJane e-Gift Card
or online coupon are eligible for an exchange or merchandise credit
for the value of the order before shipping.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed, however if your return is
the result of an error by FlyJane, your refund may include a
shipping refund.
FlyJane.net is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in
transit. Please be sure to track and insure all returned packages.
Georgia residents returning items for refund or merchandise
credit will receive paid sales tax included with refund.

Pack up your return item and seal it securely . Please be sure to pack your item(s) as carefully as they were originally packaged. All items are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange will be issued. Returned items should not show signs of wear and should include all boxes and packaging. Please note - a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from all returns with missing, damaged, or defaced shoe boxes.
Include a copy of the original receipt . Include the original receipt notating the reason for return on the back.

We process your exchange, refund, or merchandise credit. Once your return is received, it will be inspected for wear prior to your request being processed. FlyJane will gladly process a refund for your returned item for the purchase amount minus original shipping charges. All refunds will be credited in the form used for original payment, i.e. Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, etc. To process a refund, simply follow the Return Instructions provided above. Once received back to our warehouse, the item will be inspected for use, wear and tear. Providing the item has been deemed in its original condition, we will gladly process your refund excluding shipping fees paid. Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of your return for refund processing. Once processed, you will receive an automated email return receipt including a summary of the item(s) returned and refunded. Please allow up to 1 to 2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Picked the wrong color, size, or style? Have no fear, FlyJane offers a hassle-free exchange process for all regular priced merchandise. To process your exchange, simply follow the process to exchange an item using our Return Instructions within 14 days from your order date. Select the “Exchange” option on the Return/Exchange Request Form and complete the form entering in the new item(s) you would like to receive. Once received back to our warehouse, the item(s) will be inspected for use, wear and tear and providing the item has been deemed in its original condition, we will gladly process your exchange for the item(s) specified. If for some reason, the item requested is not in inventory, we will issue you a merchandise credit towards a future purchase redeemable for up to 1 year from the issue date. A $5.95 shipping fee will be charged to ship the exchanged item. Once processed, you will receive an automated email Exchange Receipt including a summary of the new transaction and the shipping details of the exchanged items. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your exchange request to be processed and shipped.
Not sure about the style you’re looking for? No worries. FlyJane can issue you a merchandise credit to be used at a later date. Merchandise credits are redeemable for up to 1 year and may only be used to purchase merchandise on our website. Follow our Return Instructions to process a return. Select the option “Merchandise Credit”. Send back your item unworn and in its original condition and we will process your merchandise credit for the purchase amount minus the original shipping and handling charged. Once processed, you will receive an automated email Return Receipt including a summary of the item(s) returned, and the details of your merchandise credit endorsed to a new FlyJane e-Gift Card. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.
Most FlyJane shipments come with at least 2 boxes - an outer Shipping Box (affixed with a mailing label), and an inner Merchandise Box (Ex. a shoe box) that contains your neatly packaged item. The Merchandise Box must be returned in its original condition and is not suitable for shipping on its own. Please be sure to pack the merchandise box inside of a secured shipping box for the return. We recommend that you retain a tracking number to confirm delivery for your records. Please be advised that buyers are responsible for return shipping and handling. We suggest that you securely pack, insure and secure transit tracking for all returns to prevent lost packages. FlyJane.net is not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.
Fashion is ALWAYS evolving and with that in mind, our inventory changes rapidly. In order to keep you in the latest and greatest trends this side of the Atlantic, we have an all sales final policy on clearance items. Clearance Items may not be returned or exchanged.
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us immediately. Send back the item(s) using the Return/Exchange Request Form, and upon receipt of the return, we will either reship the correct order OR issue you a refund per your request.
Gift recipients may return gifts for exchange due to wrong size, color, style, or item or for a merchandise credit to be redeemed for up to 1 year from the purchase date. Gift recipients returning an item must create a profile in the “My Account” section of the website and click on the Return/Exchange Request Form. Complete the form selecting the “Merchandise Credit” option and follow the directions to send back your return item. Be sure to send back the item in its original condition, unworn in its original box in a secured shipping box using the UPS Prepaid Return Label. Once the item is received and processed, you will receive an email with the details of the return and the merchandise credit for the original purchase amount minus shipping and handling.
International customers may request a refund or merchandise credit for unused, unworn returns. To receive a refund or merchandise credit, please complete and submit a Return/Exchange Request Form selecting the “Refund” or “Merchandise Credit” option. International customers will be responsible for sending back the item unworn and in its original condition in secured packaging. It is recommended that you return your item insured and traceable to provide you with full recourse on the package. FlyJane is not responsible for packages in route for return. Once received, Fly Jane will process a refund or merchandise credit for the purchase amount minus the original shipping and handling charged. Please note that the exchange feature is not available for international customers.
We encourage customers to carefully review their address information during checkout and in all confirmation emails to ensure the proper delivery of all packages. If you decide to refuse any shipments from FlyJane, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package back to our warehouse. For domestic orders, shipments that have been refused will incur a $10 restocking fee that will be subtracted from your refund. For International orders, refused shipments will be charged a $40 restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping and other fees. This fee will be deducted your from refund upon receipt.
